a Soul Nourishing
Surrender, let go & fully receive
what your body deserves
A deep journey of self-care
Informed by his experience with breathwork ecstatic dance, Andrew balances the forces of yin & yang for a firm yet flowing touch, dancing on the body in a sacred choreography, allowing the body to feel seen and giving the nervous system permission to fully let go.
Combining additional elements of gentle invocations & forest aromatherapy, Andrew curates a one-of-a-kind journey that is Soul-Nourishing!
Gentle Breathwave optional at the end of any treatment for deeper integration.
”Andrew has a unique and intuitive style of massage which rejuvenates the soul as well as the body.
My body appreciated his care so much that I had to have a second massage the next day which dissolved many months of stress.
I look forward to our paths crossing again and having another deep self-care experience.”

"Andrew has a calming presence and I easily surrendered myself to him, and was able to be present with the healing.
By the end I felt charged. Afterwards, I was overwhelmed with emotion and cried off and on for 2 hours. Not only did he heal my physical body but unblocked an emotional blockage I didn’t know I had.
I would recommend anyone for this experience and look forward to another some time soon."

Why a Soul-Nourishing Massage?
Western society has a very yang, reductionist approach, that is all about "more" and very results-oriented. But as modern clinical health becomes more holistic and trauma-informed, it sees that such an approach to health is not so balanced.
The nervous system needs to feel safe in order to let go, thus, it is directly tied to our emotions. In any therapy setting, people need to feel safe and trust towards their practitioner.
During a massage, "more" is not necessarily better. If the receiver is experiencing pain, it's likely that their nervous system has been activated in to "fight or flight" and they are subtly tensing their muscles, or armouring their body against the pain, thus negating the effectiveness of the touch and the technique.
In addition to my gentle, loving presence, my empathic touch provides enough firm pressure to relax but without causing pain. My creative flow, like a dance, allows the body to feel seen. In addition, the guided words and aromatherapies create an entire experience that allows the nervous system to relax on a deep level, activating "rest & digest", a whole body response including the release of a whole host of hormones and neurotransmitters that generate repair.
Above all, the "rest & digest" allows muscles to soften, letting the touch in, increasing its effectiveness.
It's not all about pressure.
