As a Certified Dance Temple DJ, I am dedicated to curating music for sacred containers of personal and collective transformation.
I curate, facilitate and DJ at ecstatic dances, retreats, and festivals, preferably among the trees! And I often combine it with breathwork facilitation.

My first conscious connected breathing experience with Andrew - to say it was transformative is an understatement. It was like experiencing the quantum realm, dissolving into the vibrational frequency.
Even considering my sunset career as a psychedelic therapist, and thus my experience with non-ordinary states, this was one of my most profound journeys yet.

What is ecstatic dance?
Three foundational guidelines create a container for authenticity: sober, silent (no talking on the dance floor) and consent-based interaction (must receive consent before dancing with others). These and other guidelines, such as no cellphone cameras & opening/closing circles, create a sacred safer space for dancers to express themselves more freely and intuitively.
Dance Temple is the name of an ecstatic dance as well as a thriving community of facilitators in various communities spread across the west coast of British Columbia.
Ecstatic dance is a kind of dance that allows for more embodied, authentic movement.
