Hard times ...
I have been going to ecstatic dances since 2019, and this practice has given me so much joy, expansion and community!
This naturally led to me becoming a Certified Dance Temple ecstatic dance DJ in 2024. Now I get to share the medicine that has aided in my own transformation.
I facilitate and DJ at ecstatic dances, retreats, and festivals, preferably among the trees! And I often combine it with breathwork facilitation.
I defy convention as a DJ, a reflection of my eclectic nature.
I incorporate a diverse range of genres and energy levels, through unpredictable twists and turns, capturing the ineffably vast spectrum of life in one set – from grounding to ethereal, light to dark, expansive to integrative.

What is ecstatic dance?
A space to explore your embodied, authentic movement.
Three foundational guidelines create a container for authenticity: sober, silent (no talking on the dance floor) and consent-based interaction (must receive consent before dancing with others). These and other guidelines, such as no cellphone cameras & opening/closing circles, create a sacred safer space for dancers to express themselves more freely and intuitively.
Dance Temple is the name of an ecstatic dance as well as a thriving community of facilitators in various communities spread across the west coast of British Columbia.

Under the Mother Tree
A Comox Valley-based art community project
UTMT has been a fixture at Vancouver Island's Regional Burning Man, Otherworld since 2024! Our centrepiece is a Mother Tree sculpture with thousands of glowing fibre optic tendrils that sparkle at night.
Our mission is to provide a space for nervous system regulation and deep community building in a festival filled with stimulation.
We are excited to be coming back to Otherworld this June 2026! And we will be holding fundraisers around Vancouver Island in the coming months leading up to our beloved local Burn!
