Breathwave is a powerfully gentle and holistic form of conscious connected breathing infused with ceremony, rooted on British Columbia’s west coast. This practice balances yang energy of strength and will with the yin of rest and surrender, inviting the intelligence of your breath to meet your body where it's at. This allows for deepening and expanding connection to self through gentle unfolding, releasing blocks and old patterns, and afterwards integrating and embedding your profound experience within community.
Theda concludes the ceremony with her world-class soundbath, integrating the breath journey with angelic vibrations & divine harmonies.
